Please be advised that our annual General Election and Lunch meeting is scheduled on Sunday January 28, 2018 from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm at The RITZ Gardens, 11201 1st Ave, Whittier, CA. We, the 2018 Board, welcome participation of current members, seniors and of those would-be members for 2019.

Since we have gone paperless, please note that Election mailers that include Nomination Form and a Membership Form can be downloaded from this email by clicking the highlighted words or links. Therefore, please consider this email message as our formal notification to you regarding the annual General Election.

We will be accepting Nominations to any of the Board positions on or before January 27, 2019. We urge and encourage all those potential candidates interested in running for the 2019 Board elections to fill out and submit the Nomination forms that will be made available just prior to the election time. Please know that serving your community by becoming a Board member will be one of the most rewarding experience of your lifetime. We, the 2018 Board have experienced it and so will you! So, please make the decision to enrich your life and contribute the time to serve your community.

The voting members and seniors are encouraged to express their views and opinions at the meeting. We request that such interaction to be pertaining to the welfare and betterment of the community.

The committee is always seeking fresh ideas to make our community even more vibrant. So, please, feel at ease to express your ideas. It is the input from the members that motivates the Committee in implementing those ideas / suggestions.
